崗位職責(zé)：
1、獨(dú)立完成繪圖任務(wù)；
2、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行住宅項(xiàng)目的輔助設(shè)計(jì)；
3、有較強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)能力，能帶領(lǐng)助理設(shè)計(jì)師獨(dú)立完成住宅項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)；
4、完成項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的分析和調(diào)研；
5、完成項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)整理分析，匯報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，以及相應(yīng)的計(jì)劃和渲染表現(xiàn)任務(wù)；
6、協(xié)助施工文件、模型的制作以及材料列表、匯報(bào)等資料的準(zhǔn)備；
7、參加公司現(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目或潛在項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)部及外部會(huì)議；
8、提供任何額外方式的支持，協(xié)助保證項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，建筑專業(yè)，3-4年本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具有典型代表性的優(yōu)秀作品履歷；
3、具有方案設(shè)計(jì)能力、較強(qiáng)的審美及平面設(shè)計(jì)技巧；
4、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)軟件，及Office 系列軟件；
5、熟練運(yùn)用至少一種三維模型軟件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
6、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)；
7、具有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。

Responsibilities:
1.Independently complete drafting assignments.
2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.
3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently.
4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.
8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-4 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
7.Excellent organizational skills.
